For successful application, maintain a specific gravity of 1.43. To prevent dripping and ensure uniform coverage on both high- and low-porosity bisque, add a flocculant such as vinegar or Epsom salts until the glaze sets within 2-3 seconds following agitation. Achieve an optimal, defect-free surface finish by utilizing a drop-and-hold firing schedule, such as 04DSDH.
