Glaze Formula: GR6-B. Base: Ravenscrag Slip (Cone 6). Characteristics: Produces a variegated, medium-light blue glaze with greenish undertones at edges. Properties: Demonstrates high consistency and optimized working characteristics. Colorant Variations: 1) 5% Titanium Dioxide, 1% Cobalt Oxide, 1% Copper Oxide, 0.5% Iron Oxide: Glossy light blue with variegation and green edge-break. 2) 3% Cobalt Carbonate, 3% Rutile, 3% Titanium Dioxide: Medium-light variegated blue with green edge-break. 3) 2% Copper Oxide, 2.5% Titanium Dioxide: Celadon green with localized crystal development in pooled areas; passes vinegar leach testing.
