Glaze GR6-D is a colorant modification of the GR6-A base. The standard formulation consists of the GR6-A base with the addition of 13% red iron oxide, 0.5% cobalt carbonate, and 0.5% chrome oxide. For alternative pigmentation, 6-8% Mason 6666 stain may be substituted to achieve similar results; this stain is also recommended for producing black variants when added to the G2926B base.
